‘African Folktales’ Kicks Off Summer At The Library


On Wednesday, June 15, Bright Star Children’s Theater will perform African Folktales at 3 p.m. at the Transylvania County Library. With imaginative costumes and audience participation, this production is sure to be a huge hit for the whole family.

These stories bring to life the vastness of the African landscape and a variety of clever animals, and include valuable character education themes. The show is geared for ages 5 and up.

This program kicks off a great line-up of Wednesday family shows at the library. Other performances this summer will include Red Herring Puppets, Lunch Money...
