Felony Arrests

On Nov. 8, Ryan O’Neal Lucas, 19, of Etowah, was arrested and charged with multiple felony counts involving alleged crimes that occurred Nov. 5.

He was charged with assault by pointing a gun, assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm in the city, first-degree burglary, possession of firearm by a convicted felon, robbery with a dangerous weapon and second-degree kidnapping. Bond was set at $100,000 secured.

On Nov. 7, Megan May Yeomans, 24, of Brevard, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance on jail premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a scheduled II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine. Bond was set at $10,000 secured.

On Nov. 6, Billy Joe Fowler, 34, of Horseshoe, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of breaking and entering and felony larceny.

Bond was set at $40,000 secured.

Larceny

On Nov. 7, there was a larceny from a motor vehicle on Capps Road in Pisgah Forest. A $3,500 jewelry box containing assorted jewelry was stolen, along with a GPS unit valued at $100.

There are no suspects.
