Ten days in Paris with my sister and brother-in-law at the end of October in 2014 will go down in my travels as a spectacular vacation.

My sister asked me how Paris had changed in 30 years and I quickly answered, "It hasn't." And that is the beauty; the comfort of time passing yet all remaining as one remembe...
