Joseph Thomas DeLage, 96, of Sapphire, passed into God’s loving care Wednesday, July 12, 2017.

He was born in Detroit, Mich. to the late Henry and Rose Blanche DeLage and grew up in Dearborn, Mich., where he was an active member and leader of the Boy Scouts of America, Troup D.
