The memory of Sandra Lasater, a native of Rosman, was recently honored when the Fairbanks Nordale Elementary School Library was renamed the Lasater Library.

Lasater was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Mae Bryson and the sister of Martha Bryson Mathis. She and her husband, Charlie, moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, in 1971 and Sandi went to work at the Fairbanks Nordale Elementary School as schoo...
