End Possibly In Sight For Ecusta Lawsuit

More than five years after the RFS Ecusta plant closed and went into bankruptcy, Angela Elliott believes former employees are closer than they've ever been to receiving money from a lawsuit.

A settlement has been reached, and if approved, after an appeals process, on Feb. 14, employees could see checks in the mail by this fall, according to Elliot, the secretary of the former PACE 2-1971 labor union, which was recently bought out by the U.S. Steelworkers union.
