Board Member Walks Out
The Transylvania County Planning Board again failed to reach a consensus Thursday night on the issue of zoning regulations for the county's unincorporated areas.
With just four of its seven members present, the board was moving forward and ready to pass a motion recommending a full study of countywide zoning.
