Tornados Fall To Francis Marion 5-2

 


The Brevard College baseball team played their third game in two days on Sunday afternoon, against arguably their toughest opponent so far this season, number-24 ranked Francis Marion.

The Tornados jumped out to an early lead, but couldn't hold off Francis Marion as the home team battled back to defeat BC, 5-2.

The Tornados scored their only two runs of the game in the first inning, as Brice Warner lead-off the game with a single. After both Luke Lovelace and Seth Corliss popped out, first-baseman Justin Frady doubled down the left field line to drive in Warner all the way from first. Sopho...
