Business: Living Wage Is 'Laudable' But Tough To Do

The high-pitched hiss of the espresso machine, the aroma of the coffee beans and tables filled with customers greeted those who made a recent lunchtime visit to Quotations Coffee Café.
On that day the downtown Brevard business, said its co-owner, Lynne Montague-Clouse, could fool someone into believing she was making a "boatload" of money.
