County Needs To Learn From Its Neighbor

 


If Transylvania County does build a new judicial complex, it should look, some say, to Henderson County and learn from mistakes it made when it constructed a new courthouse in 1995.

The Henderson County Courthouse, built a few blocks east of the historic gold-domed courthouse on Main Street in Hendersonville, is already full, according to regional officials who work in the judicial system that includes Transylvania, Polk and Henderson counties.
