Man Sentenced In Indecent Liberties With Students

The 24-year-old Rosman man accused last September of the statutory rape of three Brevard High School students pleaded guilty Wednesday to 10 counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Superior Court Judge Mark E. Powell sentenced Daniel Seth Tesnow to five consecutive prison terms of 25 to 30 months, totaling 10 to 13 years in prison.
Tesnow, who initially faced 10 counts of statutory rape, instead pleaded guilty to lesser felony charges.
