Rosman Residents Raise Concerns About Growth


Rosman residents expressed concerns about mobile homes, affordable housing and increased traffic to the Rosman Board of Aldermen Monday night.

After holding several workshops, the Board decided to stay with its present mobile home ordinance, which states that mobile home parks must be a minimum of 10 acres with not more that four mobile homes per acre.

"I say leave it at 10 acres, four per acre and go with it," said Alderman John Raines.
