Florida Prosecutors Want The Death Penalty For Gary Hilton

Gary Hilton, the 61-year-old man suspected of killing John and Irene Bryant, faces extradition to Florida, a murder charge and possibly the death penalty, if convicted.
In February, Hilton was indicted by a Florida Grand Jury for the murder of Cheryl Dunlap, 46, a nurse and Sunday school teacher, whose decapitated body was found Dec. 15 in the Apalachicola National Forest.
He was indicted on one count of murder, kidnapping and grand theft.
