DuPont State Forest Developing For The Future

DuPont State Forest, which has become one of the area's top tourist attractions in recent years, is getting some new facilities this year that promise to make future visits more enjoyable, according to David Brown, the forest's supervisor.

Plans for a forest visitor center and public restrooms were approved last year. The project went out for bid early this year, and the contractor, AR Construction, has been selected and begun work.
