RHS Students Help RES Students With Stream Study

This past Wednesday, the Honors Biology class at Rosman High School and fifth grade Science class at Rosman Elementary School joined together to conduct a water quality assessment of the French Broad River.

As part of the field study, the students teamed together to collect Macroinvertebrates at the Rosman access of the French Broad.

They were able to catch crayfish, stonefly larva, caddisfly larva, dobsonfly larva, mayfly larva and even a leech.
