Renova Pledges To Clean Up River

 


Just days after a chemical spill wiped out part of his leased water, Davidson River Outfitters owner Kevin Howell vows to rebuild the river he helped turn into a destination for fly fishermen everywhere.

And he is getting plenty of help from Renova, the owners of the property.

"Renova called me Thursday afternoon and told me they would take care of any problems we had," Howell said.

"They've been great to work with. They called me — I didn't call them. They initiated it."

He said they offered to reimburse him for losses accrued when hydrogen sulfate from the old Ecusta mill leaked in...
