Singelton Admits To Indecent Liberties Charge

Danny K. Singleton of Brevard pleaded guilty today in Criminal Superior Court to two counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Judge Marlene Hyatt sentenced Singleton to 16-20 months, to run concurrently, for each felony count.
His prison time was suspended, and he will be placed on supervised probation, house arrest for 12 months and satellite based monitoring for the next 10 years.
In March of 2007, Singleton was arrested for indecent liberties with a 7-year-old family member.
