Superior Court Comes To An End

The two-week term of Superior Court, with Judge Marlene Hyatt, wrapped up on Friday.
•A jury found Hanz Menzer, who was charged with one count each of communicating threats, injury to personal property and intimidating a witness, not guilty.
•Pierre Deshauteurs was remanded on charges of resisting a public officer, disorderly conduct, intoxicated and disruptive behavior and assault of a government official.
•Roger Rasnic pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon. He was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation.
