Habitat Members Seek New Home

 


Don Campbell said Habitat for Humanity has only two options after the Brevard City Council turned down its request to have all its operations, including its retail store, located under one roof.

Campbell, the local chapter's president, said members of the nonprofit Christian organization are praying the Council will change its mind. If not, Habitat will likely go before the Council again to request a variance for property it owns on Ecusta Road.

"We really have no other options," Campbell said.

Habitat owns a roughly 3 acre lot on Ecusta Road.
