Lawsuit Filed Against Norfolk Southern

 


Brevard attorney James Kimzey has filed a lawsuit against Norfolk Southern Railway, claiming the railroad corridor between Pisgah Forest and Hendersonville should be given to adjacent property owners.

Kimzey contends in the lawsuit filed Tuesday that the land should revert to the property owners since the railroad has ceased using the railroad track from near Camp Carolina and Lamb's Creek in Pisgah Forest to the railroad depot in downtown Hendersonville.
