Locks Elected To A Top Role On League
Brevard Councilman Rodney Locks has been elected first vice-president of the North Carolina League of Municipalities (NCLM), a voluntary, nonpartisan association of 542 cities, towns and villages in North Carolina.
His election and installation took place at the NCLM 2008 Annual Conference held in Charlotte on Oct. 12-14. He will serve a one-year term of office and, subject to annual election, move up to president of the League.
