Students Moved By Capital Trip

Rosman High School students said their trip to Washington, D.C. allowed them an in-depth look into the nation's rich and symbolic history. Emotional, memorable and eye opening were a few of the words several Rosman High School students used about their trip to Washington, D.C.

This past November, a group of 10 honors and AP English students, a few chaperones and Stacie Dotson, trip sponsor and a Rosman High School teacher, went on a trip to the nation's capital.

"The purpose of this trip was to immerse our students in the rich history of our nation and to understand the symbolism in the monuments and museums," said Dotson.
