Multi-Cultural Men’s Golf Team Improves

When it comes to spectator sports in America, golf usually ranks near the bottom of the list. That’s especially true at the college level where golf teams lurk in the shadows of football, basketball and baseball.

None of that matters, of course, if you’re a golf nut.

Heard the one about the golfer who was finishing a round just as a funeral procession was passing the course? He lined up and sank a four-foot putt, turned toward the procession of cars, removed his hat in respect, bowed his head and muttered, “My wife certainly was a very fine woman.”
