Chris Whitmire spent the morning following his successful bid for N.C. Representative of District 113 driving around the three-county district pluck-ing political signs from the side of roadways. Even though there were nearly 900 signs to be collected in the cold, rainy weather Wednesday, the Republican said he was happy.
