Junior Staff Groomed For Real World Jobs – Brevard NC

It’s kind of a teenage training ground for growing up, with a focus on the practical, like how to treat others and how to get and hold a job.

The Boys & Girls Club’s Junior Staff program is a three-year-old venture in which local teens work part-time assisting the club’s 18 regular staffers. They help handle the 200 children who come each day for a variety of after-school academic, sports and self-improvement programs.
