Multi-Purpose Facility Project Still Going Ahead - Brevard NC

 


Despite not meeting a planned June 1 opening, the proposed multi-purpose facility on King Street in Brevard is going ahead, but organizers are now focusing on “less is more and for quality over quantity.”

Jeff Pearlman, one of the project organizers, gave an update on its progress last week.

A 10,000-square-foot metal building and outdoor courtyard on the site of the former Brevard Lumber Co. is being converted to allow a range of activities, including music, classes, fundraisers and receptions.
