County Could Lose 5 Percent Of Tax Base

County Tax Administrator David Reid provided commissioners with an update on the re-evaluation process, noting while it’s still three years away from completion, indications are that there could be a decrease in the county’s tax base, which would require a tax increase to maintain a revenue-neutral position.
