I would like to thank you for your editorial “Judge Right on Vouchers” in the Aug. 28 Transylvania Times. It presented a very cogent argument in support of Judge Hobgood’s decision that the voucher program created by the N.C. General Assembly violates N.C.’s constitution.

I am concerned, however, that in the midst of the otherwise well-reasoned piece, there is a reference to “the Common Core curriculum.”
