Gambling Machines Seized From Business – Pisgah Forest NC


Riverside Grocery, located near the gateway to Pisgah National Forest, recently had 20 gambling machines seized by the Brevard Police Department and could face state and federal charges.

The gas station owners, according to the police, had installed the machines in a separate room, which violates state law requiring that the machines must be in plain view of all the business patrons, and the number of gambling machines was too many.
