Each Child Matters To Scruggs

 


I have known Betty Scruggs since 1992 and have had the rare opportunity to be able to say I have seen her in many roles: as a parent concerned for the wellbeing of her own child, as a teacher building the reading skills of young children, and as a middle and high school assistant principal and high school principal looking out for the needs of not only the teachers and students, but also a listening ear to parents and concerned community members.
