Alternatives To Attending A Four-year College


During the last 20 years or so, Americans have come to believe that all students should aspire to a four-year college education, regardless of academic interest or proficiency. “You can be anything you want to be” is the message – even though we all know that isn’t true. Somehow, equal opportunity has become a one-size-fits-all conveyor belt into a four-year college.

Many times, where that conveyor belt takes students is into debt, wasted years, and a sense of failure.
