An upcoming benefit to raise money for a children's afterschool program promises to bring together good music, good food and good beer, all for a great cause.
Next Wednesday, local bluegrass favorites The Pisgah Pickers – along with Oskar Blues CAN'd Aid Foundation and Mountain Song Productions – are holding a benefit concert for the Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM) program. The event will be held at The Lumberyard site on King Street in Brevard, starting at 6 p.m.
