Alexander the Great once said, “I would fear an army of sheep if it were led by a lion, but I would not fear an army of lions if it were led by a sheep.”

Alexander the Great understood that great leadership was crucial for success. Success for him meant victory on the battlefield, but for the American citizen perhaps it is being a morally and financially supporting parent or an entrepreneur, a prospering artist, or even a blue collar factory worker.
