Why is the U.S. economy barely growing?

The answer is quite simple. Entrepreneurs and small business owners are not optimistic about the future. If a business owner is going to open or expand a small company, they have to invest a great deal of hard earned capital along with valuable time and effort. When they do this they have to feel confident that this is a safe and prudent move. At present, they are hampered and discouraged by a myriad of governmental regulations presenting roadblocks.
