Leon Munson Gravley


Leon M. “Pinky” Gravley, 78, of Frostproof, Fla., passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, at Somers Hospice house in Sebring, Fla.

He was born May 18, 1937, in Brevard to the late William and Mattie (Gillespie) Gravley and was a resident of the area since 1955 after relocating to North Carolina.

He was the owner operator of Pinky Gravley and Sons Painting.

He was a longtime baseball and softball coach for over 60 years, an avid FSU fan, and was of the Assembly of God faith.

He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
