The Perkins family, who plan to move D.D. Bullwinkel’s General Store and Moosetracks Footwear into the former Belk’s Department Store building on East Main Street, is in line to receive $375,000 from the state.

Gov. Pat McCrory’s office announced last Thursday the city of Brevard received a $500,000 loan through the state’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
