Cabe's Walk-Off Gives Blue Devils 3-2 Victory – Brevard NC

It's still early in the season, but the Brevard Blue Devil baseball team is already emerging as one of the top squads in the WNC Athletic Conference and added to their résumé Tuesday night with a hard-fought 3-2 win over Tuscola.

Despite the low scoreline, both teams had several run-scoring opportunities throughout the game.

The Blue Devils got their first chance in the bottom of the first after a leadoff single by Jesse Lowrey and a walk.

Cooper Grant dropped a sacrifice bunt to put runners on second and third, but the next two Blue Devils struck out, ending the threat.
