Second Half Rally Leads Cavaliers Over Tornados – Brevard NC

Shelby Klotz finds herself sandwiched between defenders as she carries the ball during Brevard's home match against UVa-Wise last Wednesday. Klotz tallied a career-high five goals on the match.

The Brevard College women's lacrosse team hosted the University of Virginia's College at Wise last Wednesday, losing to the visiting Highland Cavaliers by a final of 11-9.

Brevard controlled the ball for the opening three minutes of play, allowing UVa-Wise (7-2) to only hold onto the ball for eight seconds in the span while exploding for four goals to take a quick 4-0 lead.
