The Economic Elephant


The recent employment report showing that 287,000 jobs were added to the U.S. economy in June was considered very good news. And it should be. Not only did it show a rebound in hiring from an abysmal May, in which only 11,000 jobs were added to the national economy, but the job increases also were spread across various sectors.
