New Poll Shows Bipartisan Support For Smart Start

A bipartisan poll released on Sept. 15, by the North Carolina Early Childhood Education Foundation (NCECF) and the First Five Years Fund (FFYF) shows broad support across party lines for providing greater access to Smart Start and NC Pre-K.
