Tigers Come Up Short In First Round Against Rebels – Rosman NC

The Rosman Tigers' playoff berth found them on the long side of six-hour trip to face off with the number one seed North Duplin. North Duplin is located in Calypso, N.C. near Mount Olive and was one longest trips a North Carolina team had to endure.

The Tigers' first drive showed promise as they kept the ball for over six minutes, but the drive would stall at midfield resulting in a punt.

North Duplin quarterback William Archer became a one-man wrecking crew for the Rebels.

Archer would finish a seven-play, 72-yard drive with a 16-yard score.
