By the time Black Friday arrived last week in downtown Brevard's own toy store, O.P. Taylor's, had already sold out of the item requested the most: a Hatchimal.

According to employee Jeannie McEwan, by 11 a.m. they already had seven calls for Hatchimals and every other customer who came in asked if the store carried them.

"They came and went with the speed of light," McEwan said. "And today we have to give people the bad news."

Milton Rouleau said he'd been working at O.P. Taylor's for about three weeks, starting around the time they sold out, so he's still not sure what a Hatchimal...
