Tiger Wrestlers Defeat Murphy, Shine At Cherokee – Rosman NC

The Rosman Tigers finally got to wrestle in front of their home fans Friday night and they didn't disappoint their supporters.

The Tigers won six of nine matches against the Bulldogs to secure a 60-24 victory in a pivotal Smoky Mountain Conference showdown.

Rosman took an early 12-0 lead thanks to a pair of Murphy forfeits.

Cody Swangim got things rolling for the Tigers, earning a pinfall victory in his match at 170 pounds.

The Bulldogs responded by winning the 182-pound match and getting a forfeit victory at 195 pounds.

But Rosman came right back as Gabe Shipman and Kayne Smith picked...
