Local Law Enforcement Backs Gun Bill – Brevard NC

N.C. Rep. Cody Henson is co-sponsoring the bill that would allow a N.C. resident to carry a concealed handgun without having to obtain a concealed handgun permit.

If approved, the bill would remove the requirement for N.C. residents to pay $90 to the local sheriff's department for a concealed handgun permit, as well as remove the requirement for safety classes that one must attend to get the concealed carry permit.
