Wade, Legislative Bill Will Limit Public Access

The poor, elderly and rural citizens who don’t have access to Internet will no longer have access to public notices in Guilford County; however, if recent legislative action is any indication this is only the first step to remove public notices from all counties said Montgomery Herald Publisher Tammy Dunn.
