Shoulder Presentation With Dr. Graham

The shoulder is one of the most commonly injured joints in the body and also one of the most complex. Most rotator cuff tears, for example, are the result of overuse of shoulder muscles and tendons over a period of years, but patients also frequently report recurrent shoulder pain for several months and a specific injury that triggered the onset of the pain. Sometimes self-care measures or exercise therapy is enough, but steroid injections or even surgery are often required.
