Uncertain Times For Middle Class

In the midst of all of the weekend Labor Day sales and outdoor events – barbecue cookouts, rafting down rivers, hiking in the forests, etc. – that typically mark the end of summer, Labor Day is an appropriate time to assess the condition of labor in the United States and North Carolina.
