Phyliss Ann Talley, born Jan. 22, 1960, past away May 23, 2017.
A native of Brevard, she is predeceased by one son.
She leaves behind two children and four grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 9, 2017, on Talley Road in the river bend at the start of Pleasant Grove Road.
Everyone who cared for her is welcome to attend.
