Learn How To 'Bring Back The Monarchs'

The Cradle of Forestry in America heritage site invites the public to attend the “Bring Back the Monarchs” program on at 2 p.m., Sunday, in the Forest Discovery Center.

Monarch Watch Conservation Specialist Joyce Pearsall will present this program about the monarch butterfly, including its life cycle, annual migration and the threats the species faces.

Additionally, the program will cover the importance of their sole larval food source, milkweeds. Expect an engaging mix of a biology, geography, math and culture.
