Adjusting The Earth's Thermostat

The recent hurricanes call into question the theory that mankind causes climate change. Think about this: If man has the power to change the Earth’s climate, why doesn’t he divert the path of a hurricane or diminish its intensity?

Obviously, because he can’t. In the face of an impending hurricane all we can do is batten down the hatches and travel to a safer area.

That’s not to say that climate change isn’t real, just that man can’t control it. In the more than 4 billion years of the Earth’s existence, ice has covered North America, then receded, many times, and England and...
